When you select item from our store the following
shipping options are available:
Pick up point (a point near you)- 15 NIS (up to 3 Business Days *distant areas up to 7 Business Days)
Delivery to your door – 30 NIS (up to 3 Business Days *distant areas up to 7 Business Days – click here)
Pick up from the studio – free of charge (please check with us availability)
*FREE SHIPPING OVER 800 NIS
Worldwide Shipping via Israel post (Eco Post 10-14 Business Days ) – 30 NIS
*We are not responsible for lost parcels in the event that an incorrect shipping address was entered.

Please note that the shipping method refers to the time frame once it ships. It does not factor in the lead time on production. For rush production options, please see Rush Option below. Also please note that we are not responsible for any delay that is a result of custome and country policy.
Rush Option:
If u really need your lk-LA LUNA ASAP, please email us to: sales@lk-laluna.com.
Some of our styles can be rushed, others cannot. If you are interested in placing a rush order, please email the style name and size to sales@lk-laluna.com or WhatsApp us 053-4321495.
along with the date you would like to receive it. We will let you know if a rush option and express shipping is available for that specific
style. If you have already placed your order, please be sure to include the order number in the email (found in the confirmation email you received).
Gift Wrap
If u want to buy your LA LUNA jewelry as a gift, and you want us to send it with a card, when you check out, there will be a remarks field that will allow you to include note for wrapping and your wish for the gift card
Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your LA LUNA purchase, you may return the item up to 14 days from the purchase date for store credit only (Shipping cost will not be refund). This does NOT apply to any customized, personalized or engraved pieces, as those cannot be returned. Please email us at sales@lk-laluna.com to inform us of the return, as well as the reason for your return.
Refund will be available within 48 hours from receiving the jewelery and with deduction of 5%.
All you have to do is send us the package within 48 Hours of receiving it.
As soon as the returns are received at our Studio, you will be refunded within 10 Business Days.

Warranties
We are confident you will be happy with your purchase from LA LUNA Jewelry. If an item arrives defective, LA LUNA Jewelry will repair the item within (30) days of your purchase at no additional cost.
